Looks to be setting up for a classic cup & handle BO after closing all of the gaps from the last breakaway gap UP…

Technically all looks good… but remember, this is still RMBS.  Any Add-Ons should be accompanied by efficient hedges.  The AUG 16/13 Put Spreads look good @ ~$.92…  or even the NOV 15/12 Put Spreads for ~$1.30

Review many of the entries and Add-Ons we’ve made recently, all of which are still looking good.

Hedges required.
